Memorial website in the memory of your loved one

This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Haralambos Michopoulos who was born in Greece on July 23, 1925 and passed away on May 05, 2006 at the age of 80.

He contributed to the home, the community and the world in ways too numerous to count.

He encouraged us to discover the best in ourselves and insisted that we search until we found it.

He didn't boast about his accomplishments, though they were many.

Without knowing it, he molded many lives by his honorable example.

Because his world revolved around others, he didn't seem to notice the shining star that he was.

He'd rather pay attention to the needs of others than be the center of attention himself.

Knowing that he will always be an important part of our lives brings daylight to any dark moments.

We will remember him forever - husband, father, papouli, brother, uncle, friend.

His legacy
So sweet

He spent his entire adult life making chocolate. He was the original candy man! While still in Greece he worked at the leading chocolate manufacturer Ion.

After moving to the United States he worked at Bartons for more than 20 years followed by a few gourmet chocolatiers.

He was just as sweet as the treats he made!!!
